- Create compelling communication for projects
- Prepare strategic communication and engagement plan for projects.
- Execute plan within expected time frame.
- Work with the marketing team to generate creatives
- Measure and present results of engagement communication efforts.
- Set timing of release of communication to coordinate with engagement initiatives.
Reporting:
- Project impact and performance reporting
Employee Engagement:
- Creation of employee engagement plan
- Sending emailers to create employee engagement as required
- Co-ordination with team for running floor activities as part of employee engagement
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Team management skills
- Good project and time management skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
