What You’ll Do
- Plan Strategy: Build tailored content plans for Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Content Calendar: Organize monthly posts around storytelling and engagement.
- Write Copy: Craft clear, engaging captions and content.
- Design Support: Use Canva or work with designers for visual content.
- Track Performance: Monitor insights, suggest improvements.
- Stay Trendy: Follow platform updates and suggest fresh formats.
- Engage Community: Reply to comments/DMs, join online conversations.
- Coordinate Campaigns: Help amplify stories and key initiatives.
- Monthly Reports: Contribute to reports showing growth and impact.
- Keep It On Brand: Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and message.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Great writing and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinker with a focus on results.
- Basic Canva and scheduling tool experience (e.g., Buffer, Later, Meta Suite).
- Organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
- Interested in branding, social change, and intergenerational work.
- Laptop and reliable internet connection for remote work.
