We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executive in loans and health insurance department. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the reputation of our company.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Calling customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their requirements, concerns, and feedback.
• Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options and any actions required on their part.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of our company’s offerings, promotions, and changes in policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer, based on their needs and preferences.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and contribute to process improvements.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage call volume and prioritize tasks to ensure timely responses to customers while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications:

• school or Graduate
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone demeanour.
• Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers’ concerns.
• Patience and resilience in handling challenging customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
