Residian is a boutique property development company that focuses on the residential sector, targeting the granular end of the market that is often neglected by larger developers. Our objective is to contribute to the UK housing supply by bringing more ‘move-in ready’ properties to market, and by making undeveloped sites ‘construction-ready’ for other developers by taking them through the planning process. We pride ourselves on structuring our projects in a way that the land and property owners we buy our sites from share in the value created as much as possible.
