Responsibilities:
1. Filling positions with an organization.
2. Developing one’s network of suitable candidates.
3. Interviewing candidates.
4. Working with the organization to develop a recruitment plan.
5. Source potential candidates from various online networks.
6. Be active with online job boards, social media networks, and platforms to find
qualified candidates for open positions.
Requirements and skills:
1. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
2. Strong oral and written communication skills.
3. Understanding of referral programs.

*Internship Purpose*
As an HR Executive Intern at Walkin Manpower Solutions, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of recruitment, gaining hands-on experience into the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, Interviewing and selecting candidates for a wide range of job roles. This
internship is designed to provide you with invaluable insights and practical skills in the field of human resources, with a specific focus on recruitment processes and strategies.
*Key Responsibilities*
➔ Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods,
including online job boards,
social media platforms, networking events, and referrals,
to identify potential candidates
for open positions.
➔ Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications
to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements. Identify top candidates and present them to hiring managers for further evaluation.
➔ Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate
interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring
timely communication and a positive candidate experience
throughout the interview process.
➔ Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status, provide feedback, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
➔ Job Posting and Advertisement: Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and job advertisements to attract qualified candidates. Post job openings on relevant online platforms and monitor candidate responses.
➔ Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance your knowledge and skills in recruitment and gaining hands-on experience into the end-to-end recruitment process.
*Requirements:*
➔Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
➔ Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources, specifically in recruitment.
➔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
➔ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
➔ Prior internship or work experience in human resources or recruitment is desirable, but not required.
