About internship:-
Responsibilities:-
<span;><span;>* Identify hiring needs and execute Recruitment plans.
<span;><span;>* Manage different online sourcing Platforms for recruitment.
<span;><span;>* Review applications and Interview processes.
<span;><span;>* Coordinate with the candidates Proactively.
<span;><span;>* Develop recruitment related Documents.
<span;><span;>* Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
<span;><span;>* Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
<span;><span;>* Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
<span;><span;>* Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
<span;><span;>* Develop training and development programs.
<span;><span;>* Assist in performance management processes.
Skills Required:-
<span;><span;>* Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills.
<span;><span;>* Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused and generate high quality leads.
<span;><span;>* Familiarity with MS excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts).
<span;><span;>* Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to deliver engaging presentations.
<span;><span;>* Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-Motivatedand organized.
<span;><span;>* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or relatedfield.
<span;><span;>* Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
