Roles and Responsibilities for Business Development
Executive:
 Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business
generation activities which includes communication with marketing team;
developing customized targeted sales strategies.
 Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
 Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
 Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to
potential clients at client meetings, exhibits, and conferences.
 Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
 Manage, coordinate and handle team.
 Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting;
maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
 Developing pipeline for the team on month on month basis
 Maintaining optimal level of cost of acquisition of new clients.

 

Requirements:

 Qualification – A bachelors/master degree in Marketing
 knowledge of taxation and Finance
 1-2 years of experience in handling business development in a finance
company or in a B2B model business.
 Excellent written and oral communication is a must
 Possess Leadership and decision making skills
