Designation : Business Development Manager (ONLY FEMALES)
We are looking for only females for this position with excellent communication skills.
Age criteria – 20yrs – 35yrs
Candidates from Mumbai Location ONLY.
Responsibility:
1. It is a hybrid role as an Education counsellor and Business Development lead role.
2. Candidate must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
3. Responsible for converting leads through Cold Calling, Internet Research and various Sources.
4. Ensure the daily targets of calling the prospects are met & deliver set target of sales per month.
5. You need only to convert. Company gets 1000 leads per month.
6. Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls
etc.
7. Good proficiency required in Word and Excel working.
8. Contact potential students via phone to establish rapport & convert leads into enrolment.
9. Daily follow up to all the prospects/leads and also closing the leads.
10. Can think on their feet, adapt to the requirements of the students, address their need and are
able to guide and suggest the right courses.
11. Most importantly excellent at follow ups and closing /convert leads into admissions.
12. Manage enquiries, conduct follow ups and generate reports for analysis.
13. Meeting Target Sales.
