ob Role & Responsibilities:
As a Call Representative Intern, your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role is essential to maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Your tasks will include:
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads to assess their interest in our AI chatbots.
- Filtering leads based on their requirements and business potential.
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team to close deals.
- Maintaining accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Confidence in speaking with leads and clients over the phone.
- Ability to assess and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training will be provided).
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
