Roles and responsibilities
As a Content Developer at TGC, you will play a key role in designing and developing engaging, effective, and innovative content for our diverse clientele. Your key responsibilities include:
- Creating informative and engaging learning content for various training needs
- Partner with designers, subject matter experts, and other content developers to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of content
- Review, edit, and refine content for clarity, consistency, and accessibility, incorporating learning feedback
- Stay updated on gamification and instructional design trends, experiment with formats and techniques
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with everyone involved
Required Skills
- Knack for creating content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- An affinity for research and attention to detail
- Good project and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate with other creative and technical professionals
