About the Internship

As a Customer Relationship Manager Intern at CarXstream India, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales. Your primary focus will be building and maintaining strong relationships with both private sellers and buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Reach out to private sellers to collect necessary vehicle information and follow up on vehicle status.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels and pitch the benefits of buying vehicles on CarXstream India.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Sales Support: Connect qualified leads with Dealer Account Managers to facilitate sales.

• Basic sales and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
