Field Intern (Kirana Success)

Local grocery stores are facing tough competition against online platforms and large supermarkets. Over 2 lac grocery stores have shutdown in the last year. This is a unique opportunity to introduce local stores to a solution that can help make their business more efficient and drive growth.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Introducing local merchants to an AI-based app that digitizes their catalog and enhances online visibility across different platforms.
• Onboarding merchants, guiding them through adoption, and integrating the software into their daily processes.
• Helping merchants successfully utilize/adopt the platform for online growth.

While the responsibilities may sound simple, it’s going to be very challenging and a great learning experience. You will be directly working with the founding who has been personally working with local stores for the past 5 years.

Candidate Preference:

• Perusing/completed BBA/MBA, or are entrepreneurial
• Living close to JP/Kumaraswamy layout – Bangalore
• Has own vehicle to travel
• Great communication and sale skills in Kannada, Hindi and English
