VACANCY:   Franchise Sales & Project Coordinator – Female only

 Two Office Locations in Rajouri Garden

Job Summary:

The Franchise Sales & Project Coordinator is responsible for driving franchise sales growth by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy. This role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating franchise agreements, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for franchising.

 

Project management activities, including team building, communication, vendor and client management, and financial oversight. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Development:
  • Recruit and manage a team of Channel Partners for franchise development.
  • Develop and execute franchise recruitment strategies for India and overseas markets.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential franchisees.
  • Prepare franchise-related documentation and materials.
  • Coordinate franchisee training and support.
  • Clearly communicate project goals and expectations to Channel Partners.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to Channel Partners.
  • Monitor Channel Partners performance and deliverable timelines.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve franchise sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential franchisees and territories.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, digital marketing).
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective franchisees.
  • Negotiate and close franchise agreements.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support franchise sales efforts.

 

 

  • Project Coordination:
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables for franchise development
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports and updates.

 

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage email and communication channels effectively.
  • Handle general office administration tasks.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Financial Management:
  • Understand and interpret basic financial statements (balance sheets).
  • Manage vendor relationships and invoices.
  • Follow up with clients for payments and invoicing.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in a franchise / Client Service or related industry.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and sales tools.

 

Preference would be given to candidates who are residing near Rajouri Garden or who can easily commute to Rajouri Garden location.

 

Further, Candidate having their own laptop would be much preferred.
