  4. Support to recruitment process.
  5. Handling the payroll of Vansum Group of Companies
  6. Need to keep track of the leaves/ medical leaves/payroll of all the employees and keep a record by maintaining it
  7. Organizing important events of the
  8. Conducting exit interviews with outgoing
  9. Overseeing the termination process of an
  10. Maintain and Update the Musters on a daily basis.
  11. Update the leave balances.
  12. Maintain and Update the Soft copies of the Attendance Sheet on daily basis
  13. Approval of Leave Applications for Vansum employees
  14. Maintain and Update the Summary Note   record for   PL
  15. Maintaining the Salary Structure of Employees.
  16. Gather and organize job applications.
  17. Schedule interviews and confirm applicant availability.
  18. Assists in checking overall compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws.
