Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Help manage employee relations issues and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Use HR tools and software to assist with various HR tasks and projects.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
