Hr:

Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the recruitment process.

Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.

HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, assist with HR reporting, and handle general administrative tasks.

Employee Engagement: Support in organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and other engagement initiatives.

Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Learning and Development: Participate in the development and coordination of training programs.

Academic counselor:

Student Advising: Assist in providing academic advice to students, helping them select courses, majors, and extracurricular activities that align with their goals.

Career Planning: Support students in exploring potential career paths and opportunities related to their academic interests.

Workshops and Seminars: Help organize and facilitate workshops on study skills, time management, and other academic success strategies.

Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress and assist in identifying students who may need additional support or resources.

Resource Referral: Guide students to appropriate campus resources, such as tutoring centers, career services, and mental health support.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up on action plans.

Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, academic departments, and other student services to ensure comprehensive support for students
