Overview:
The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks related to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruiting efforts including posting job listings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
– Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires
– Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
– Create and maintain employee records and files
– Support administration of HR policies, procedures and programs
– Assist with planning and execution of employee events
– Perform data entry and maintain HR databases
– Handle general HR inquiries from employees
– Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications:
– Current enrollment in a Human Resources, Business, or related degree program
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Positive attitude and professional demeanor
