Job Title: HR Coordinator Intern
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Working Hours: 10am to 7pm
Duration:2 Months

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and apply strategic and analytical thinking to HR initiatives.
2. Demonstrate commitment and diligence in all tasks.
3. Manage a large team efficiently, ensuring productivity and collaboration.
4. Possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and punctuality.
5. Maintain regular and active engagement with the team and projects.
6. Recruit, manage, and mentor 20+ HR interns to help them achieve their completion targets.
7. Motivate and maintain an engaged team of 20+ HR interns to meet set goals.
8. Design and post job descriptions effectively.
9. Source potential candidates from various platforms manually.
10. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
11. Conduct interviews via phone or video calls.
12. Send job offer emails and handle queries regarding compensation and benefits.
13. Act as a consultant to new hires, assisting with onboarding processes.
14. Provide regular mentoring and management to hired candidates.
15. Monitor key HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
16. Participate in job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events.
17. Mentor and monitor large teams to ensure goal achievement.
18. Maintain and share daily reports with the manager.

1. Strong persuasive and motivational abilities.
2. Excellent business communication skills.
3. Proficient negotiation skills.
4. Familiarity with Google and other web browsers.
5. Effective time management capabilities.
6. Knowledge of various job posting and recruiting sites.
7. Leadership, mentoring, and documentation skills.
8. Patience, flexibility, commitment, decision-making abilities.
9. Training and development expertise.
10. Interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
11. Technical proficiency.
