Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Engagement:
  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs to enhance employee morale and team cohesion.
HR Administration:
  • Provide administrative support in maintaining HR records and databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and other correspondence.
Learning and Development:
  • Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.
Employee Relations:
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and provide initial support in addressing HR-related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR functions.
  • Exposure to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Networking opportunities with professionals in the HR field.
  • Potential for future career growth within the organization.
