5. Documenting and testing new software applications
6. Researching, investigating, and fixing a wide range of technical issues
7. Collaborating with senior leaders
8. Approaching problems and creating solutions
9. Learning proactively about new technologies like Java with Hibernate/JPA/Spring Boot
