About Parmartha:
Parmartha is an non profit organization that conducts the Parmartha summer internship programme to identify and support exceptional students with experience and growth opportunities.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Associate Intern, you will support the expansion of the Parmartha summer internship programme . You will be responsible for identifying potential partnerships, driving registrations, and assisting in promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build a database of universities and institutions for outreach.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with educational institutions to promote Internship programme and drive participation.
Assist in marketing campaigns, including social media promotions.
Support sales efforts by following up on leads and preparing proposals.
Track and report on outreach activities and metrics.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset and self-motivated to work independently.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
