As a Research Intern, you’ll contribute to meaningful, real-world initiatives focused on child welfare and environmental advocacy. Working remotely, you’ll be part of a dynamic, global team and gain valuable mentorship while sharpening your research and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on child development theories and environmental justice topics;
- Analyze data and help draft reports supporting advocacy and policy work;
- Assist in designing research methodologies for upcoming field studies;
- Compile and organize international case studies;
- Contribute to white papers and policy briefs;
- Participate in collaborative research meetings;
- Help maintain databases and knowledge-sharing platforms.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Humanities or Social Sciences program (3rd–6th semester) at a U.S. university;
- Fluent in either portuguese or spanish (spoken and written);
- Skilled in academic research, data analysis, and writing;
- Proficient with Google Workspace and tools like Zotero or Mendeley;
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
What we offer:
- Monthly stipend of $1,299.90
