Exciting Sales Internship opportunity! We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in sales techniques, market research, and client engagement. As a Sales Intern, you will collaborate with our experienced sales professionals, learning invaluable skills while contributing to our business growth

Responsibilities

  • Observe and learn sales and marketing activity including direct and channel selling, telemarketing, lead generation, participation in trade organizations, cold calling and other techniques to obtain and maintain business.
  • Learn to maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects.
  • Communicate with clients via calls to understand their property requirements in Noida.
  • Educate clients on our products, focusing on features and benefits.
  • Analyze business needs to uncover new opportunities.
  • Schedule and accompany clients on meetings.
  • Maintain Data in Real estate software.

Requirements

  • Open to graduates from any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – plus ability to learn new systems.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanour.
  • Desire to learn about the real estate industry
  • Able to thrive in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with individuals at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Willingness to collaborate.
  • Ability to learn and grow independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Stipend: 10k + incentive

Contract length: 3 months

Schedule: Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate: Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
