The Role: Sales Intern

HIRINGWORLD is seeking a Sales Intern (Remote work) to join our growing Team and help us take our organization to the next level! We will provide you with the opportunity to learn, explore and grow with the guidance YOU need to thrive. Show us what you can do!

What You’ll be doing:

The Sales Intern will be directly reporting to the Sales Director or designate and will be responsible for lead generation and other sales/marketing activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential employers, job seekers, recruitment agents and immigration professionals that fit the target profiles and developing and executing strategies to reach these groups.
  • Representing HIRINGWORLD’s brand, promoting our services to employers, job seekers, recruitment agents and immigration professionals.
  • Connecting Employer Partners and International Job Seekers for specific job opportunities and connecting Immigration Partners with Employers and International Job Seekers for work permits and Visa opportunities.
  • Preparing and sending marketing material and other related correspondence to prospects.
  • Learning the sales process with a continuous focus on customer service excellence.
  • Calling a targeted base of Employers, Recruitment Agents and Immigration Professionals.
  • Maintaining consistent follow-ups with clients to enhance quoting opportunities,
  • Track what is working and what is not, and adjust the approach.
  • Maintaining databases and updating other marketing-related trackers in Excel and/or CRM.

  • Able to work independently, using mature judgment and discretion within a team-based environment.
  • Relationship-oriented with the ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to work on multiple projects at once and effectively prioritize.
  • Able to work under deadlines with interruptions.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

We strongly encourage those who have some experience with:

  • Knowledge of the international job seeker/hiring marketplace
  • RCIC experience
  • Experience with working internationally
