About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
I. Project Management:
1. Gain hands-on experience in advocacy, research, activism, and networking
2. Learn about the organizational facets of project building, from the grassroots level to
execution
3. Contribute to fundraising efforts for projects by setting up your fundraiser and raising funds
for the betterment of society
II. Awareness Activities Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating awareness
activities for our projects and ongoing initiatives
III. Social media campaigning:
1. Study ongoing projects and campaigns on social media platforms
2. Learn how to utilize social media effectively for raising awareness and promoting initiatives
IV. Research and Suggestions
1. Participate in weekly tasks involving research and formulation of strategies for
organizational growth
2. Provide suggestions and insights on chosen topics, contributing to the development of
effective strategies for charity work
V. Collaborate with Influencers: Identify and approach social media influencers to collaborate
on promoting our work and initiatives
VI. Content Writing:
1. Create original content for publication on our website and social media platforms
2. Share insights and ideas to raise awareness and engage audiences on relevant topics
VII. Email Approach: Conduct research and outreach to authorities concerned with social
causes via email
VIII. Donor Engagement and Corporate Sponsorships:
1. Cultivate relationships with donors by providing regular updates on impact and expressing
gratitude
2. Seek partnerships with corporate sponsors aligned with our mission and values

Eligibility:
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work-from-home internship
2. can start the work-from-home internship during September 2024
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. have relevant skills and interests

Performance Based (10% of funds raised)

1. Top-performers pictures will be shared in the monthly magazine Window to the Future.
2. Gift hampers from Hamari Pahchan NGO for exceptional performance.
3. There is a performance-based stipend. the stipend will be 10% of the total funds raised.
4. Even if someone is not able to raise the funds, it will not affect the certificate (if they
perform all the tasks).
