We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Google Forms, along with expertise in digital marketing strategies. This position requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to generate leads effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
2. Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, tailored to each social media platform’s audience and requirements.
3. Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to reach target demographics and maximize ROI.
4. Design and implement Google Forms for data collection, surveys, and lead generation purposes.
5. Monitor and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies accordingly.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.
8. Generate leads through various online channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, and website optimization.
9. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage leads effectively and track conversion rates.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including data privacy and advertising guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Google Forms.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
6. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive decision-making.
7. Experience with lead generation techniques and CRM systems.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
10. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent (Clash 12 and above).
