As part of our ongoing commitment to understanding and enhancing HR practices, we are conducting the People Practice Pulse – CEO Edition, a national study aimed at gathering insights from SME CEOs, owners and startup founders across India.
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainees and undergraduates to join our team as Survey Interviewers. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with CEOs, founders, and business owners of SMEs and startups. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data collection, research, and HR practices, while contributing to one of India’s largest research studies on HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interviews with CEOs, founders, and business owners of SMEs and startups.
- Administer a structured survey consisting of 8-10 questions designed to capture insights into HR challenges, practices, and perceptions.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of responses during interviews.
- Manage and schedule interview appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with high-level executives.
- Participate in periodic team meetings to share progress, challenges, and insights.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop case studies and reports based on survey findings.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or completed graduation.
- Preferred specialization in Communiation, Journalism, Family Business Management, Entrepreneurship, HR, Marketing and Sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a keen interest in research and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in conducting interviews, surveys, or research projects is a plus.
