Webmaster/Designer Intern

About the Role:
As the Webmaster/Designer for the LEAH Foundation, you’ll play a key role in managing and enhancing our digital presence. You’ll be responsible for web design, user experience, and optimizing site content to effectively communicate our mission and engage our supporters. You’ll use the latest tools in design and analytics, and gain hands-on experience with website management.

What You’ll Gain:

• Web Design and UX/UI Experience: Build skills in user experience (UX) and interface (UI) design by creating and optimizing website pages, giving you valuable experience for tech and design careers.
• AI Tools for Web Optimization: Experiment with AI tools to enhance site performance and gain exposure to innovative tech in web management.
• Technical Analytics Skills: Learn to track and interpret website analytics to improve user engagement, a skill highly valued in digital industries.

Prerequisites:

• Basic experience with web design platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar)
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
