Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing WordPress websites, including theme customization, plugin integration, and optimization.
Collaborate with the design team to implement website layouts and features based on client requirements.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain websites to ensure high performance and functionality.
Update content, add new features, and ensure website security measures are in place.
Work with SEO best practices to optimize websites for search engines.
Learn and assist in the integration of third-party services such as payment gateways, forms, and APIs.
Help maintain documentation of projects and assist in client presentations.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Basic understanding of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Willingness to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of JavaScript and MySQL.
Experience with website optimization (speed, performance, SEO).
Familiarity with WooCommerce and other e-commerce plugins.
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
