We thank you for subscribing to Internguru.com. For uninterrupted services, a superior user experience, and maintaining data security, there must be strict adherence to the Terms and conditions that govern the usage of our services.
By accepting Internguru.com services Usage Terms and conditions, you are accepting to NOT use Internguru.com the database, Internship Postings, and services in the following manner:
1. Sharing of Internguru.com account with other Individuals/ Employers/ Placement Agencies
Users cannot share their Internguru.com account login and password details with any individual outside one’s recruitment team. The same will be treated as a violation of our Terms & Conditions. The user is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of its/his/her account by ensuring that the passwords are kept in a secure environment.
The user is deemed responsible for all activities, authorized or unauthorized, being conducted through its/his/her Internguru.com account and the safety and security of passwords. Suppose there are reasons to suspect any unauthorized use of his/her account or the possibility of the password being compromised. In that case, the user agrees to notify Internguru.com immediately.
2. Spam Mail and unsolicited Bulk Mail
The user is expected to not send non-recruitment-related emails to a non-targeted user base. Non-adherence to the same may be considered as ‘spam’. Spam emails, or commercial emails seeking monetary transactions, to Internship Seeker will be treated as violating the Terms & Conditions and may invite action as deemed proper.
3. Mass download of Resumes
The facility to download resumes is provided to aid users’ recruitment activities only. Any mass download of Resumes from the database using any software or for non-recruitment-related purposes will be treated as a violation of the Terms & Conditions. The user is expected not to share the downloaded information/contacts/resumes with anybody outside the user’s recruitment team. Any such action will violate Internguru. co. Terms and conditions and will lead to appropriate action against the user.
4. Internship Posting for purposes other than Recruitment
“Internguru Internship Postings” have the sole purpose of helping recruiters find candidates with more relevance and high intent. Hence, Internguru Internship Postings are to be used only for Recruitment-related activities. Use of Internguru Internship Postings for anything except Recruitment will be treated as a violation of Internguru.com terms and conditions.
5. Paid Training or Provide Paid Training or Asking Internship Seekers any Money.
Internguru Internship Postings can only advertise part-time or full-time Internship or freelancing activities, not paid training programs.
There should not be any activity or reference for money from the Internship Posting for any direct/indirect favour or otherwise. Any such act of asking for money from Internship seekers would be considered a violation of Internguru.com’s terms and conditions.
6. Duplicate Internship on the website
Recruiters should not post any Internship twice, resulting in the duplication of the same on Internguru.com. Before posting an Internship, it is highly recommended to check the existence of the same on the website.
7. Asking Internship Seeker directly/indirectly to register on any other Internship
Internguru Internship Posting cannot be used for direct/indirect Internship Seeker’s
Re-direction and providing information related to any Internship other than Internguru.com.
8. Uploading Inappropriate/Improper Content
The user shall NOT upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable/infringing.
Please note that the above-said constitute all our services’ major but not all prohibited uses. You are deemed to use your discretion to avoid any malicious usage of the Internguru.com and Internguru Internship Posting that leads to any revenue loss to Internguru.com.
Your acceptance of these Most Important Terms and Conditions is not limited to only the terms mentioned above and conditions.
