Job Overview:

As a Business Development Intern, you will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the Business Development team in the execution of their strategies. The internship starts with a 10-day trial period, after which, based on your performance and contribution, there is potential for continued involvement on a commission-based arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and outreach materials for prospective clients.
  • Help manage and track leads, prospects, and business opportunities in CRM software.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for client meetings, events, and networking activities.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and contribute insights on market trends.
  • Help develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in new markets.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to align business development efforts.
  • Monitor industry news and report on relevant developments that could impact business growth.

Internship Structure:

  • Trial Period: The internship starts with a 10-day trial period where you will be evaluated on your performance and contribution to the team.
  • Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Following the trial period, based on performance, you may transition to a commission-based compensation structure.
  • Learning Experience: You will gain hands-on experience in business development, sales strategies, market research, and client management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and market research.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with using CRM software and other business tools (training can be provided).
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
